Welcome to Lost in Translation ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from shoplostintranslation.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to place an order.

2. Our Products
Every item is made to order — printed and produced specifically for your purchase through our production partner. This means production and shipping timelines, sizing, and return terms work differently than off-the-shelf retail. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.

3. Prices & Availability
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm the information provided is accurate. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled — see our Refund Policy for the cancellation window.

5. Giving Back
A portion of proceeds ($5 per item) is donated to I Love Venezuela Foundation Inc.

6. Shipping
We ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for timelines, tracking, and international customs/duties information.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Lost in Translation and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

10. Third-Party Services
Our Site uses Shopify for hosting and payment processing, and a third-party production partner for order fulfillment. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost in Translation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
